Democracy is weakening in the world and dictatorship and pseudo-democracy have taken over the least organized governments. When analyzing the quality of a strong democracy, we see that it has eight dimensions, namely: freedom, responsiveness, equality, vertical and horizontal responsibility, participation, competition and respect for legality. Each individual, through freedom, has the power to do and not do everything that is allowed. So, how to establish your own social and individual life. The idea of freedom does not only affect the State, but also concerns the exercise of common rights of circulation, organization, aggregation and expression.
